We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM and ITOM implementations, along with proficiency in REST integrations and e-Bonding integrations. This role requires the ability to lead end-to-end ServiceNow transformations, act as a Solution Architect, and manage business-as-usual (BAU) operations, including maintenance and upgrades. Working knowledge on core Platform capabilities including Automation workflows, Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Mobile Apps, Analytics. Knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Software/Hardware Asset Management (SAM/HAM) is a plus.The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless delivery of ServiceNow capabilities to meet organizational objectives
