Job Description

  1. Primary owner for developing and growing channel ecosystems in the Singapore Market.
  2. Recruiting, onboarding, and developing partners proactively to capture the rapid business growth of cloud business.
  3. Lead a high-performing sales team to deliver results
  4. Responsible for partner revenue , joint business plan, and partner campaigns execution.
  5. Maintains accurate record of pipelines, sales forecasts & campaigns and provides updates to regional leadership.
  6. Interfacing with Regional channel team for business direction and working closely with BD team from business development, pre-sales, marketing, & support in fulfilling daily operations.
  7. Ensure partner’s quality and competence through reinforcing KPI, partner program and certification, e.g. ACA, ACP & ACE, requirement to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in business or technology. Over 8 years of experience in the cloud computing/ IT industry, with experience in managing channel partners.
  2. Proven experience successfully leading a sales team to achieve and/or exceed targets
  3. Familiar and has strong CXO level relationships with distributors, T2 resellers and services partners.
  4. Effective communicator and team player;
  5. Proven track record of territory growth and quota attainment. Understands and has executed partner programs and incentives.
  6. Fluency in English. Mandarin or other language will be a plus.
