  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

- Monitor the performance of external service providers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Perform regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with facility services
- Supervise the implementation of facility projects including office moves, space reconfiguration, and client-specific requests
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, conducting safety audits and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance schedules for soft service vendors and contractors
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to vendor contracts, service delivery, and client feedback
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation and alignment with organizational goalsKey Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
