Job DescriptionTalent Acquisition Strategy
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to attract top talent in engineering, quality, special skills and other white-collar roles. This includes developing strategies for recruiting from international talent pools.
Sourcing and Recruitment
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Explore and engage with global talent markets, including overseas recruitment agencies, professional networks, and online platforms, to source candidates for specialised or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professional organisations, and industry networks to attract high-caliber candidates.
Candidate Screening and Assessment
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Perform initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct final interviews and assessments.
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Employer Branding
  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions to promote the brand and attract talent.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports for the Head of Talent Acquisition and senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.
Compliance and Best Practices
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition and continuously seek ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6-8 years' working experience in hiring white-collar professionals
  • Exposure to manufacturing environment preferred
  • Conversant with prevailing HR practices and legislations
  • Good understanding of the requirements and changes of Ministry of Manpower policies, particularly relating to foreign worker quota and entry requirements, and changes that may impact the organization
Key Competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent market trends
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • May be required to travel overseas for recruitment.
