  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Human Resource Executive located in Tuas Crescent.

Our clients provide solution for diesel engine, propulsion and power generation to shipyards and ship owners. This role supports the HR department by managing daily HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration, while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Responsibilities include handling job advertisements, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes. The role also serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries, organizes engagement activities, and oversees payroll and benefits administration. Additionally, it involves coordinating training programs, maintaining HR records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Other key duties include assisting with performance management, formulating HR policies, and providing guidance to employees on policy implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in human resources is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion..
  • Knowledge in Info-Tech Cloud HRMS System an added advantage
