- Develop a comprehensive trade strategy by analyzing macroeconomic trends, geopolitical shifts, economic policies, and aligning them with company's goal of becoming a significant regional player.
- Perform in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, assess the competitive landscape, and uncover potential business opportunities. Essentially, develop a keen sense of market awareness—stay fully informed and proactive.
- Oversee pricing and revenue optimization strategies to enhance profitability and maintain competitive positioning in the market.

- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers and partners, working closely with commercial teams, including during tender negotiations.
- Consistently utilize data to derive actionable insights that support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Preferable 8 years of progressive experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, market trends and competitors.
- Strong commercial insight, including analytical skills, anticipating future trends and developments in the market will be added bonus.
