Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Services
  • Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing patient’s information
  • Attending incoming calls (new enquiries or exisiting patients)
  • Change or cancel patient’s appointments
  • Patient Servicing and Relationships
  • Register and maintain patient’s account by recording medical and personal information data
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing patients (New, Existing & VIP Referrals)
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the patient’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up with patients to ensure resolution (via multiple channels such as calls, email, mail or social media)
  • Service Improvement Initiative
  • Keep records of patients’ interactions, process patients’ accounts and file documents accordingly.
  • Follow and update communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Greet patients warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling
  • Compile reports and analyze on patient’s overall satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer-service mindset.
  • At least Secondary School/'O' Level,NiTEC
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with our Chinese patients)
  • Responsible and willing to learn
  • Caring and cheerful personality
  • Able to work in a team
