Job Title: Certified Training Coordinator & Trainer
Job Type: 1-Year Contract (possible renewable contract, if applicable)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Training Coordinator & Trainer to support our Learning & Development initiatives in the pharmaceutical industry. This 1-year contract role requires a professional with both training coordination and facilitation expertise to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in organizing, delivering, and improving training programs to enhance workforce competency.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Coordination:
- Develop, plan, schedule, and manage training master curriculum & programs related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs, compliance, safety, leadership soft skills and manufacturing operations etc.
- Conduct training needs analysis.
- Handle training logistics, learning materials, and system updates.
- Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and audit-ready documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Conduct interactive training sessions on topics such as GMP, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and soft skills development.
- Adapt training materials to suit different learning needs and job functions (e.g., QA, manufacturing, quality control etc).
- Ensure employees understand and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools to enhance training effectiveness.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training evaluations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Communicate training details to employees and relevant departments.
- Gather feedback from participants and trainers to improve training quality.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certified Trainer with ACTA or ACLP.
- Requires 25% travel.
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training coordination and facilitation, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
