As a Fans, Community & Engagement intern, candidate will be involved in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of Community programmes and events. The internship provides the candidate learning opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real-life scenarios, developing and expose to practical experiences useful to their personal and career development.
One of the highlights, an opportunity to conceptualize a business idea under the guidance of the project mentor, final presentation to the KASM executives.
Responsibilities
1. Administrative
- Coordinate administrative work, such as taking meeting minutes, maintaining event records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
2. Communication
- Assist in communicating with internal departments, event participants, vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth an efficient event execution. This includes handling email inquiries and providing event-related information.
3. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other team members and departments, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver a successful event.
4. Event Planning Support
- Contribution to event marketing efforts, including social media promotions, content creation and distribution of promotional materials.
- Involved with team to plan, coordinate and execute various events.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics.
- Involved in on-site supporting, from event setup, attendee assistance and troubleshooting.
5. Post-Event Evaluation
- Assist in post-event evaluation, including, data collection, feedback collection etc.
6. Research
- Conduct market research on industry trends.
Requirements
- Able to prioritize and multitask.
- Able to work independently and adaptable to fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal communication and writing skills.
- Good organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
- Must be meticulous and detail oriented.
- Proficiency in MS office application Excel, PowerPoint.
