Job Description:
- Oversee full sets of accounting & prepare monthly management reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee the maintenance of general ledger accounts and trial balances
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations for consolidated financial reporting and assist in monthly Group consolidation
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts
- Prepare regulatory reports required by authorities, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including GST fillings, corporate tax reporting, and statutory submissions
- Review and enhance accounting processes, ensuring efficient workflows and internal controls
- Support internal & external audit
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degreee in accounting, finance or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA is preferred
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance
- Good technical knowledge in tax and accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, pratices and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team enviroment
- Effective communiation and interpersonal skills
