Job Description:

  • Oversee full sets of accounting & prepare monthly management reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Oversee the maintenance of general ledger accounts and trial balances
  • Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper eliminations for consolidated financial reporting and assist in monthly Group consolidation
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts
  • Prepare regulatory reports required by authorities, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including GST fillings, corporate tax reporting, and statutory submissions
  • Review and enhance accounting processes, ensuring efficient workflows and internal controls
  • Support internal & external audit
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degreee in accounting, finance or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Good technical knowledge in tax and accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, pratices and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team enviroment
  • Effective communiation and interpersonal skills
