Requirements
- Minimum diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous administrative experience in training, education, or events management would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
Job Description
You will be managing the admin and logistics for I&T’s training programmes, including communications with vendors and participants.
Key responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive administrative support for training programmes, including managing participant registrations, preparing course materials, and maintaining attendance records. Handle enquiries from participants and trainers via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
· Coordinate training logistics including venue bookings, catering arrangements, and equipment setup. Ensure training rooms are properly prepared with necessary materials and technical equipment before each session.
· Process and maintain accurate documentation for the training programme, including participant information, feedback forms, assessment records, and certification requirements. Generate regular reports on programme statistics and participant progress.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and trainers to ensure smooth programme delivery. Assist in scheduling training sessions and managing trainer availability.
· Support budget tracking and administrative payments related to the training programme, including processing claims, invoices, and purchase orders according to established procedures.
· Any other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
