- 4+ years of prior experience in Business Development, Sales and Affiliate Marketing and a proven track record of sales across multiple verticals
- Excellent knowledge of various traffic types, flows and business models (CPA/CPL/CPI/CPS) and their effect and results over different products
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Ability to analyze data, performance metrics and market research to monitor and evaluate the success of business development efforts, make regular reports and informed decisions
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
