  • Expansion & Market Development: Conduct studies to support the development of new markets and related strategic initiatives. This includes analyzing swap agreements with partners to enhance service coverage and achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Competitive Analysis & Industry Monitoring: Track competitor activities and industry trends to ensure the company’s network remains competitive. Stay informed on pricing strategies, service developments, and utilization trends to support strategic decision-making.
