- Experience collaborating and working with multiple stakeholders from across teams and levels
- Ability to think critically and formulate the thoughts well in slides for presentation to management
- Strong curiosity to understand the “whys” and “hows” and to develop the “so-what” that will shape policies, initiatives and features
