  • Expansion & Market Development: Conduct in-depth studies to support new market development and strategic initiatives. Evaluate swap agreements with partners to expand service coverage and optimize cost efficiencies.
  • Competitive Analysis & Industry Insights: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure the company’s network remains competitive. Stay updated on pricing strategies, service innovations, and utilization trends to support informed decision-making.
