Construction Worker (Concrete Work)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Worker with experience in concrete work to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew.

Responsibilities:

• Mix, pour and spread concrete efficiently and accurately.
• Set up and dismantle concrete forms and molds.
• Level and smooth concrete using tools such as trowels and screeds.
• Ensure proper curing of concrete to achieve required strength and durability.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in site preparation, including excavation and grading.
• Assist with the delivery and unloading of construction materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• 4 years proven experience in concrete work or general construction.
• Knowledge of concrete mixing ratios, finishing techniques, and reinforcement placement.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with construction tools and machinery.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid class 4/5 driver's license (preferred).
