We are looking for a creative and self-driven software engineer to implement innovative front-end designs. We seek to produce flexible and scalable mobile eHealth solutions. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team that is responsible for the development of the eHealth solutions from conception to deployment.As a Research Assistant (Software Engineer), you should be comfortable with a variety of development tools, frameworks, and libraries. You should also be a team player with a can-do attitude to solve cutting-edge challenges through technological implementation.Responsibilities:
  • Develop user-friendly, intuitive, and responsive mobile-first web interfaces based on provided design specifications.
  • Apply styling techniques expertly to create interactive and responsive designs.
  • Validate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs to ensure effective implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to effectively translate the vision into the website.
  • Oversee and maintain the AWS infrastructure
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices, continuously learning and improving skills
Primary Qualifications:
  • Demonstrable experience as a software engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors.
  • Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript.
  • Proficiency in React.js
  • Strong understanding of React Redux.
  • Excellent understanding of user-centered design, planning, and customer engagement.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience working with the mentioned tech stack.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with front-end toolings (such as Vite, Webpack).
  • Familiarity with backend development and Node.js.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Native Development (preferably AWS).
  • Interest in digital health research.
