
Senior Project Site Engineer (Up to $6000 / 5 days / Tai Seng)
Job Title: Senior Project Site Engineer (ID8347)
Location: Tai Seng, Singapore
Working Hour:Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $4500 - $6000
Job Description:
-Lead and manage project supervisors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
-Ensure adherence to project budgets, schedules, and scope of work, while deploying appropriate staff resources.
-Review and assess project drawings, plans, specifications, and other relevant documents.
-Identify and troubleshoot issues arising during project execution and implement timely resolutions.
-Conduct and actively participate in weekly site meetings to monitor project progress.
-Collaborate with the Safety Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations.
-Monitor site staff to ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations.
-Prepare and submit project reports in a timely manner.
-Develop project drawings, including as-built drawings and
-Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirement:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
-Ability to work 6 days a week with flexibility to work long hours when necessary.
-Possession of a personal vehicle is advantageous.
-3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction or civil engineering projects, preferably in landed housing or fit-out jobs for shops.
-Certification in BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) or higher safety certification.
-Proficiency in CAD drawing.
