- Plan and manage the operations of BCD programmes and modules
- Administer and coordinate timetabling / scheduling of classes, as well as assist in booking of facilities
- Assist in student enrolment and module registration
- Assist in procuring materials required for the modules
- Manage and monitor programme budgets, expenditures and assets
- Organise and manage events such as talks, workshops, meetings and programme-related activities.
- Assist in preparation of exam reports and slides
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for meetings including minutes-writing
- Work closely with counterparts across all programmes
- Other assignments as required by the Cluster Director, Director of Programme, Programme Leader, Module Leads, Reporting Officer or Head of Division.
- A Degree from a recognised Institute of Higher Learning
- Preferably with experience in a similar position/education environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, Systems Thinking, Agile and Lean Transformation models would be an advantage
- Good written and communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A highly motivated individual and a good team player
