a. Responsibilities

  • Part of a team to launch and develop new products and businesses.
  • Do market research and formulate business strategies for new products, including B2C, B2B and Overseas markets.
  • Presenting to consultants, architects, interior designers, developers, property management on customize solutions.
  • Specifying products for tenders.
  • Work closely with Sales Team to help develop key accounts.
  • Responsible for the growth of new businesses or products.

b. Requirements

  • Min 5 years of working experience in sales and /or marketing.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design or Architectural.
  • Good business acumen to identify opportunities.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be resourceful - to provide solutions and form collaborations with potential partners.
  • Experience in Built Environment, Facility Management, Interior Design and Architectural is an advantage.
  • May require to travel overseas on business trips.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
