- Manage projects related to automation, new equipment implementation, and equipment relocation for mass production.
- Develop project documentation such as User Requirement Specifications (URS), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Process Flow Chart (PCF), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), work instructions, validation reports, and risk assessments.

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 2 years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions, particularly for Automatic Assembly Machines in medical devices or electronics manufacturing/Semiconductor environments preferred
- Good experience in Print Circuit Board Assembly & Surface Mount Technology industries.
- Good technical skills with hands-on knowledge in SMT equipment (solder printing, Automatic Optical Inspection, Pick & Place, reflow oven, underfill, dicing, and others)
- Proficient or exposed to programmable logic controller
- Good knowledge in electro-pneumatics and electro-mechanical systems.
