Job Description:

  • Provide a range of accounting services to our clients such as:

- Preparation of full set of accounts, supporting schedules and financial reports

- Preparation and filing of GST returns

- Preparation of FS in XBRL format

- Assist in preparing unaudited financial statements for the purpose of filing with ACRA and in accordance with SFRS and IFRS

- Assist in preparing consolidated accounts for group companies

  • Review team members’ work and provide guidance to junior team members to ensure deliverables meet clients' required timeline.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries and government authorities.
  • Establish good client relationships through positive interactions with clients.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Accountancy or equivalent
  • Min. 5 years' relevant working experience
  • Competent in recording accounting entries, analyse financial information and prepare management accounts, other ad-hoc reports.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and knowledge of accounting software (XERO, SAGE) is an advantage
  • Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills
  • Meticulous, attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines
