Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and labor laws
  • Handle journal postings and ensure proper payroll accounting entries
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive payroll automation
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to manage payroll operations effectively
  • Provide strategic insights for payroll budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a regional capacity
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience handling journal postings is a must-have
  • Proficiency in payroll software and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization
