Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and labor laws
- Handle journal postings and ensure proper payroll accounting entries
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive payroll automation
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to manage payroll operations effectively
- Provide strategic insights for payroll budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a regional capacity
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience handling journal postings is a must-have
- Proficiency in payroll software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global organization
