Job Description

  1. Responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth through new client acquisition
  2. Research and identify potential new clients and markets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, including cold calling, networking, and online outreach.
  4. Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  5. Present company products or services to potential clients, highlighting value and benefits.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals, with the primary focus of positive gains for the company.
  7. Track and report on sales activities, results, and pipeline.
  8. Sales Activity Report – daily (before 8am the next working day morning).
  9. Sales meeting – monthly
  10. Strive to achieve annual sales revenue and gross profit target

We are looking for an individual

  • That has a proven record in sales development
  • Strong market knowledge in Freight Forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specialisations in certain industry verticals
  • A sound understanding of leveraging a sales process to uncover customer needs.
