What the role is:Sector Strategy and Development (SSD) develops policies and programmes which deliver: a) Sustainable and well-planned services b) A competent and future-ready workforce c) Future-ready social service agencies that deliver quality services, and d) A well-resourced sector with active contributions from the community. Manpower Policy and Planning (MPP) Division develops and reviews sector-level policies and drives manpower planning for the social and early childhood (EC) sectors.What you will be working on:You will be in charge of managing of the Group's administrative and logistics matters. Your primary duties will involve: • Supporting the team in administering and managing manpower scheme applications • Providing administrative support to the Group, in the areas of finance, Human Resource, event management, asset management, and IT • Executing procurement operations using the Government Electronic Business System (GeBiz) • Representing the Group in emergency preparedness functionsWhat we are looking for:
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience, including procurement experience in the Public Sector and practical experience in GeBiz operations • Collaborative team player • Independent and meticulous • Effective interpersonal and communication skills • Resourceful and proactive
