  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What the role is:The Senior Executive, Digitalisation Services manages on administrating and supporting VITAL Knowledge Management and Records Management systems, encompassing user access, systems administration, and first-level user support. You will collaborate with vendors for system troubleshooting, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for bug fixes, and deliver user training.What you will be working on:1. VITAL Systems Administration • Provide system administration and user access administration • Deliver support for VITAL systems to VITAL and its agencies users • Support implementation of workflows within VITAL systems • Collaborate with vendors for systems troubleshooting • Perform UAT • Conduct production sanity checks after system upgrades/patches/bug fixes • Administer user access rights review 2. Conduct end user training • Conduct user training for internal users and external government agencies users • Create and maintain training materials • Support users in system adoption 3. Security and Compliance • Prepare and conduct monthly access reviews for relevant VITAL systemsWhat we are looking for:
  • Experience in Knowledge Management systems, particularly with OpenText content management system and Microsoft SharePoint • Basic experience with designing and implementing business processes • Strong communication and presentation skills for user support and training • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively • Initiative and positive attitude • Hands-on experience with Knowledge Management systems, exposure to Microsoft SharePoint and OpenText Content Management systems would be beneficial • Experience in system user training and support • Basic knowledge of UiPath or similar automation tools would be a plus • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Relevant degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
