- Global mindset and ability to understand and execute businesses strategy
- Proven interpersonal skills in building and leading a strong team
- Ability to lead complex negotiations
- Experience in managing complexity in channel structure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, initiative, result oriented and strong ownership.
- Willing to travel (25%-50%)
