Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contracts and client relationships, promoting a zero-incident working culture.
- Coordinate and manage HSE partners, ensuring compliance with contracts, EHS plans, policies, and regulations.
- Lead or participate in meetings, document minutes, and manage EHS records and reporting.
- Address project issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve obstacles.
- Contribute to action plans as required.
- Organize and lead safety teams, conducting meetings on safety, risk management, and action plans.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or certification in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of experience as an HSE Manager on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Renewable energy industry experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in people management and safety methodologies/systems.
- Strong communication skill is required.
