Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contracts and client relationships, promoting a zero-incident working culture.
  • Coordinate and manage HSE partners, ensuring compliance with contracts, EHS plans, policies, and regulations.
  • Lead or participate in meetings, document minutes, and manage EHS records and reporting.
  • Address project issues and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve obstacles.
  • Contribute to action plans as required.
  • Organize and lead safety teams, conducting meetings on safety, risk management, and action plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in a relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience as an HSE Manager on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Renewable energy industry experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in people management and safety methodologies/systems.
  • Strong communication skill is required.
