Implementation of projects cycle includes the following but not limited to:

  • Meeting/ discussion to gather requirements with Project Manager,
  • Assist Project Manager in documentations, test cases, test scenarios and functional specifications.
  • System testing/ quality check on applications (pertaining to the project) develop by development team,
  • To provide functional specification to support specialist in charge of the post implementation support after system go-live.
  • Responsible for support and train end-users on all company’s software product.
  • Prepares software program, training materials and documents, inclusive of software user manual,
  • On-site support, installation and training at end-user office,
  • Assisting sales and software staff on any pre-sales or software activities if necessary.
  • Any job functions to help the company function as a team that assigns to you.
  • Ensure projects are implemented successfully within the given scope and time.
  • Assist in the implementation of other enterprise projects.
  • To assist in hotline support and other software-related issue if no implementation of project is in progress
  • Provide a project status update to Project Manager on a weekly & monthly basis.
  • At least 1-3 years of project implementation & customers support/ training experience,
  • Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ PR/ Marketing/Business Admin. or equivalent
  • Diploma holder with years of experience are encourage to apply
  • Exposure to Payroll, Human Resource, web-based application & Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Patient, polite, friendly and helpful personality
  • Positive attitude, dynamic, resourceful and independent
  • Knowledge in MS Office, server (2003/ 2008 or above), web skills, knowledge in Windows (XP, Vista, Win 7), MS SQL, Advantage SQL Database will be an added advantage.
  • A team player and able to work under pressure and long hours to meet schedule given.
