- Provide pre- and post-sales product presentation & demonstration that cater to different stakeholders.
- Develop and execute the user in-service training, user competency test and on the proper use and daily inspection of Infection Control equipment & consumables.
- Provide sales and demonstration to the existing accounts and aquire new customers in assigned territory.
- Plan and provide onsite support for equipment & consumables trials in hospitals.
- Promote and educate customers on Infection Control Consumables i.e. indicators, chemicals.
- Provide clinical application troubleshooting of equipment & consumables.
- Gather and provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and gather insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Engage different stakeholders (MOHH appointed main con/ architect/ consultant, Hospital User/ Infection Control/ FME) from CSSD workflow planning/ layout design, equipment throughout/ utility calculation, equipment configuration and M&E requirements, consumables consumption, project planning, implementation, operational acceptance test, user acceptance test, handover, and defect liability period (DLP, warranty).
- Manage project sales cycle from sales funnel building to completion of installaton with close collaboration from service and project team.
- Promote the use of Infection Control Equipment & Consumables through workshops, congress, forum, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Establish & develop rapport with KOL in respective business areas.
- Assist in preparing sales cost sheet, quotation, tender documents and support technical discussions/ negotiations.
- Collaborate with different functional teams internally to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast with the industry trends and regulations affecting CSSD operations and equipment.
- Strictly adhere to company's ethic & compliance guidelines.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the Company and/or Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Prior sales or project management experience in Infection Control Equipment for CSSD will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent in presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in reading of hospital building construction drawing, as-built drawing in AutoCAD and schematic of medical device/ equipment/ system will be an advantage.
- Strong team player with proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Project)
