Job Description:
Financial Management & Reporting
- Handle the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
- Review account reconciliations and schedules to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Oversee annual audits and the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Perform financial analysis to identify root causes of fluctuations and provide variance explanations.
- Provide financial information promptly to assist management decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure proper billing, accurate transaction recording, and cash flow monitoring.
Compliance & Regulations
- Ensure compliance with group policies and financial regulations (e.g., tax laws).
- Liaise with government sectors (e.g., IRAS, Customs, MOM, CPF, Grants).
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including GST and tax computations, and filing.
HR & Administration
- Support HR processes including recruitment, contracts administration, onboarding, payroll, IR8A/IR21 computations, and performance reviews.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Oversee and manage HR requirements for incoming and outgoing foreign talents.
- Review and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with overseas service providers.
- Support the Managing Director in reviewing contracts and translations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional qualification (Chartered Accountant required).
- At least 5+ years of finance experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role in the Automotive and Credit Agencies or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting in the automotive sector, with experience in Pcom/Z-soft Accounting Software, is an advantage
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented approach
