- Sense of urgency and ability to achieve deliverables within project timelines
- Ability to adapt to business needs in a rapidly changing, fast paced industry

- Previous work experience in biochemical, pharma, chemical or equivalent industries
- Experience with IVD and/or RUO product development
- Experience with NGS workflows including bioinformatics data processing
