- Prioritise IT project delivery and coordinate with external vendors to meet business timelines
- Manage IT Business/Education relationships with Continuing Education Central and Academic Units to drive digital learning projects
- Identify IT use cases to support revenue success
- Leverage data analytics, AI, and automation to streamline IT processes and improve user experience.
- Work closely with EdTech and IT partners to maximize growth opportunities and financial sustainability.
- Deliver management proposals/presentations by translating IT technical knowledge into clear education/business communication
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT, preferably within the education sector or an institute of higher learning.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management, with a proven track record in implementation of IT applications and platforms.
- Proficiency in the following areas:
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Artificial Intelligence & Automation
- IT Process Improvement & Project Management
- Cybersecurity & Risk Management
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Technical Communication & Documentation
