Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, and deliverables
  • Prioritise IT project delivery and coordinate with external vendors to meet business timelines

  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and automation to streamline IT processes and improve user experience.
  • Work closely with EdTech and IT partners to maximize growth opportunities and financial sustainability.
  • Deliver management proposals/presentations by translating IT technical knowledge into clear education/business communication

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business IT, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT, preferably within the education sector or an institute of higher learning.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or project management, with a proven track record in implementation of IT applications and platforms.
  • Proficiency in the following areas:
    • Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
    • Artificial Intelligence & Automation
    • IT Process Improvement & Project Management
    • Cybersecurity & Risk Management
    • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
    • Technical Communication & Documentation
  • Excellent written/spoken communication skills to interface with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, change and results.
  • Strong project and people management skills
  • Highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented to work with multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change.
  • Strong prioritizing skills to manage time, resources and results.
