  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Conduct training sessions for security personnel, covering topics such as security protocols, emergency response, customer service, and use of security equipment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, adjusting as necessary.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to security personnel to enhance their performance.
Quality Assurance:
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to assess the current processes.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct red-teaming exercises daily based on recent trends.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all administrative, IT-related matters and all red teaming records.
  • Maintaining reports on training effectiveness, compliance, and quality assurance findings.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging security technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and training enhancements.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of department operations.
Skills & Experience
  • Diploma from recognized Institutions and possess relevant work experience
  • Possess strong leadership qualities, good temperament and maturity
  • Effective communication and instructional skills
  • Resourceful, dedicated, self-motivated and results-oriented person, with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in the usage of Excel and Word will be beneficial
  • Good service mindset
  • Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of security operations and training
  • Able to perform shift work
