  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents, keys and units to be handed over and taken over for all retail and office units.
  • Provide orientation with tenants on design requirements upon confirmation of unit tenancy.
  • Liaise with the Building and M&E team to review tenants' office design, both architectural and M&E.
  • Main point of contact for the unit’s fit-out and reinstatement works during design, fit-out period and completion.
  • Organize for inspection with tenants and contractors upon completing fit-out or reinstatement work.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Building/Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of tenancy work experience in Commercial Fit-Out Building/Property.
  • Familiar with relevant authorities' requirements and compliance and equipped with the required M&E knowledge.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines.
