Job Position: Sales Executive
Salary Range: Basic up to RM4k + comm + RM2k (Entertainment Allowance)
Working hours : Flexi Time, can choose to off on weekend or weekday (1 day off per week)
Location: Jalan Kamuning KL

- Proactively identify and attract new customers through personal efforts and networking. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by promoting the bar's offerings, including events, premium drinks, and membership programs.
- Represent company at company-sponsored social networking events to connect with potential customers and build brand presence
- Engage with guests during in-house events to strengthen customer relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact with the outsourced marketing team to ensure seamless coordination of promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide feedback and ideas to enhance the effectiveness of marketing strategies, aligned with sales goals
- Collaborate on sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue
- Plan and execute in-house and external events in collaboration with the marketing team and other departments
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations on the day of the event.
- Monitor event outcomes and provide post-event feedback to improve future initiatives.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality (experience in the bar/food & beverage industry is a plus).
- Willingness to attend networking events and work flexible hours.
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills to connect with a wide range of customers
