- You will report to the Senior Corpsec Executive, Corpsec Manager, or Co-Heads of Corpsec, as we deem fit. You will be available and approachable for clients, ensuring proper execution of your duties.
- You will be responsible for the quality of service deliveries to clients in your portfolio, ensuring their timeliness, accurate billings, client relationship management, and overall client satisfaction and retention. You will also be willing to serve as the appointed secretary for clients in your portfolio.

From the start of your engagement, you must demonstrate a basic understanding of the Singapore regulatory framework and policies, including, but not limited to, the Companies Act 1967, AML/CFT policies, and financial reporting matters regulated by ACRA. You should also have sufficient knowledge of the regulatory requirements for various company setups in Singapore, primarily for private limited companies.
- You are required to gain a comprehensive understanding of your clients' operations, processes, and business objectives, using that knowledge in your engagements.
- You will be proactive in seeking guidance from senior team members when dealing with complex client requests, ensuring the team can resolve issues in the best possible and most appropriate manner.
- You will work closely with relevant stakeholders to achieve desired strategic outcomes, including but not limited to highly knowledgeable team members, process automation, robust workflows, customer excellence, filing accuracy, meeting statutory compliance deadlines, and improving profit margins.
- At all times, you must ensure that you are performing tasks with efficiency and effectiveness, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and knowledge.
- You must adhere to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
- Recognised degree/diploma in Business Administration / Corporate Services / Legal Studies or equivalent.
- Preferably more than 1 year experience in client facing and handling corporate secretarial matters. Candidates with no experience are also welcome to apply.
- Proven track record of working in a fast paced and technology driven organisation.
- Good understanding of Singapore regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Google workspace and Microsoft applications.
- Resourceful and experience with various productivity software applicable to facilitate daily work
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive, highly-organised and detail-oriented.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to adapt to VUCA way of thinking and contribute to process improvement efforts.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
