JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Conduct oneself in professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations and department procedures and policies.
  • Dresses in issued uniform and ensure a neat, clean and tidy appearance at all times.
  • Reports to shift on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work notifies the Housekeeping Office in adequate time.
  • Pick up pager and ensure it is working order.
  • Preparing Maid Report for all floors, apartment cleaning checklist, linen requisition for Room Attendant.
  • Inspect all apartments (vacant or occupied) checking standard of cleanliness. Ensuring that all special requests and amenities have been completed and recorded. Report any problems to the Housekeeper.
  • To do and follow the tenant requested. For example: put extra bed arrange furniture.
  • Stand by for repairing defect in apartments.
  • Is responsible for all supplies in floor pantry room, requisition and control of par stock. Assist in general Inventories.
  • Daily in the job training to ensure standards are maintained.
  • Check Maid report, key control book, look launderette room, staff canteen, check 14S store door.
  • Check for maintenance work, make work orders for repairs and retain one copy to Housekeeping Office for file and follow up.
  • Guide and train Room Attendants under the direction of the Housekeeper.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate all Housekeeping special projects and general cleaning.
  • Conduct spots checks and ensure proper procedures and steps are being taken.
  • Check to ensure that all Room attendant returns and sign out at the end of the shift.
  • Immediate response Tenant requests and complains. Report all Tenant complains to the Manager.
  • Maybe Assigned other duties/ responsibilities as required.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of all cleaning equipment, make sure that all equipment is cleaned before it is returned to the storage room.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Education: Graduate in Hospitality Management or Equivalent, had previous exposure in customer service industry
  • Language: English / Vietnamese
  • Computer: Microsoft office
  • Experience: Minimum two years of hotel in the position
