Responsibilities
Perform the full process of recruitment cycle, i.e., end -to-end, such as sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing, reference checks and engaging suitable candidates.
Apply work pass applications, arrange for medical check-up, and managing onboarding and induction for new staff
Must be highly-driven and results -orientated and be able to handle large volume of operative hiring based on manpower requirements.
Identify and promptly share the manpower hiring issues with viable proposals on recruitment plans and initiatives to meet the outcomes of manpower hiring.
Gather and collate all relevant recruitment activities and hiring outcomes on weekly basis to the management.
Monitor and report the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and activities.
To collaborate with government outreach programmes and initiatives and liaise with various institutions, among others
Handle onboarding of new staff & conduct induction programmes
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
O / A levels / Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant working experience.
Preferably with relevant experience in Construction industry.
Candidates without related experience are also welcome.
Must be tech-savvy, is highly independent, resourceful and a good team player.
Adaptable with good interpersonal and communication skill
Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
