- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Retail Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Luxury retail or related industries
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing high-performance teams in the retail industry.
- Good understanding of the Southeast Asia markets and consumer behaviour.
- Exceptional communications skills with ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders successfully drive peers to meet business objectives
