- Develop a sustainable sales and servicing model to support the specific needs of these industries, through:
- The development and execution of a specific regionally focused sales and client management strategy
- To build a sustainable client engagement and management model by keeping updated with the latest business trends in the industry and how these trends are influencing Talent and Reward practices.
- Supporting local Hi Tech country champions and sales teams by providing guidance and directions to them in ensuring consistency in client deliverables, engagement, and data management
- Developing a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the segments
- Ownership and full responsibility for converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the relevant client servicing teams
- Leading and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant country and regional expertise
- Provide strategic account management services to the key clients within the portfolio by creating specific client networks / forums and maximize retention and cross-solution growth opportunities
- Provide thought leadership and market commentary around industry issues and formulate related industry-based community forums
- Deliver a range of services including but not limited to:
- Rewards Benchmarking & Advisory
- M&A due diligence and integration projects
- Skills and Job Architecture
- Facilitating Aon United activities in the Large Market, Regional and Global segments, including where appropriate the introduction of other Aon solution lines to clients
- 15+ years of experience in Talent & Rewards area with strong and in depth knowledge of Hi Tech Industry
- Strong collaboration & influence skills. Ability to lead without direct authority
- Ability to engage clients in Industry specific trends and challenges
- Engaging with all internal country and regional teams to bring the best of Aon to the client, and by working closely with Global Data and Advisory teams
- On-going adherence with the Aon Leadership Model (ALM) behaviours
