  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 8 years' of HR experience, with a focus on compensation, benefits and performance management
  • Strong analytical skills with good problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to convey complex ideas appropriately
  • Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and influencing skills to engage senior leaders
  • Good team player with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships
  • Resilient and able to adapt to fast-changing work environment
  • Organised, proactive and has a keen eye for details
  • Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage
