One of the Group affiliated business is hiring a HR executive for to manage their day-to-day HR functions of the business. The candidate should possess relevant experience in HR functions such as Talent Acquisition and payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the end-to-end recruitment process from drafting job ads to making offers and eventually onboarding of new hires
  • Conducting of new hires orientation
  • Handling the full payroll and benefits administration such as checking for accuracy, calculation of timesheet and etc.
  • Keeping track of movement such as confirmation, increment, promotion and etc.
  • Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, P-files, and all HR related information
  • Manpower planning and rostering for external projects.
  • Minutes-taking
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or above in related field or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of HR-related experience in any industries, preferably with experience handling payroll and benefits.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient with the use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Meticulous, and able to multi-task to meet deadlines for the assigned job roles and tasks
  • Familiar and stay abreast with the latest employment labour laws and guidelines
