  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of financial lines products, including Professional Indemnity, Directors & Officers (D&O), Cyber Liability, Crime, and more.
  • Negotiate and place financial lines business with insurers, ensuring that clients receive optimal coverage and competitive pricing.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to understand clients' specific needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to offer informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including claims and underwriting, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including renewals, policy updates, and claims assistance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the financial lines portfolio and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Broker in financial lines, ideally with a strong background in Professional Indemnity, D&O, Cyber, and other relevant coverages.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial lines insurance market and products.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with both clients and insurers.
