As a senior leader in the team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence across Asia. This role is responsible for leading sales, marketing, project management, and operations to drive revenue growth and establish the organisation as a trusted partner in the aquaculture industry. The ideal candidate will have strong industry expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to execute strategic initiatives that will shape the company’s future success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead market penetration efforts and collaborate with country leaders and sales teams.
  • Conduct market intelligence to analyze trends, customer needs, and competition
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and major accounts
  • Enhance product performance and innovation through customer feedback
  • Provide technical advisory and training on feed production, quality, and nutrition
  • Oversee sales campaigns, trade events, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and team leadership to drive financial and operational success
  • Develop talent through coaching, performance management, and training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Aquaculture, or a related field (PhD in Aquaculture Nutrition is a plus)
  • Min. 8-10 years of leadership experience in aquaculture feed sales
  • Strong knowledge of feed production, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics
  • Experience with raw material sourcing, pricing, and supplier management
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive business growth, and influence stakeholders
  • Innovative, customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen
