Business Development Manager
Overview:
This role is responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies for JGCAP in Singapore and neighboring APAC markets. The position focuses on driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships in energy, chemical, life sciences, industrial, and urban infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short-, medium-, and long-term sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and clients.
- Analyse market trends and provide regular reports to management.
- Lead proposal development and negotiation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create winning strategies.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and shareholders.
- Drive business performance to meet financial targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong sales strategy and business development experience.
- Expertise in handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, or Infrastructure sales and business development.
- Project Management: Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycles (EPC/EPCM), serving as the primary client contact.
- Contractual Knowledge: Strong understanding of EPC project contracts and practices.
- Technical Expertise: Preferred knowledge in energy, chemical, life sciences, industrial, and urban infrastructure sectors.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
- Language: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
