Duties and Responsibilities

1. Job Description

  • Supervise, evaluate and implement the company’s policies for all E&P activities in homes/centre and ensure all activities are in accordance with the organisation’s needs and requirements.
  • Formulate, organise, coordinate, monitor, and recommend projects, activities, advise and keep the Management and higher Management on the recommendation for activities.
  • Plan, manage, review and recommend suitable strategies and objectives for education and programmes.
  • Assess the educational curriculum and the format in which it is being delivered for all centres and review the accompanying tools and resources.
  • Supervise staff and identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
  • Provide leadership and support to Home representatives to enhance current and new educational and programme activities.
  • Establish and develop working relationships with stakeholder, schools, corporate bodies, government agencies, voluntary organizations and existing partners.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to execute activities, manage communications and manage stakeholders’ feedback.
  • Ensure that all records, documentations, correspondences and updates are properly maintained and are kept up to date.
  • Conduct periodical checks at all centres to ensure activity requirements are in accordance with the organisation policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with departmental heads to ensure that all activities are in line with the company policies.
  • Establish and carry out proper training programs for employee awareness of regulations to adhere to the rules and regulatory policy.
  • Develop and control deadlines including preparation and monitoring of the departmental budget and calendar of events for E&P.
  • Source for available governmental and non-governmental grants and aim to maximise ROI.
  • Prepare reports and assess activity performances for higher management review and approval.
  • Support all PERTAPIS programmes and activities; and perform any other duties assigned by the management as and when required.

2. Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in programme management.
  • Proven management and leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and expertise in problem-solving.
  • Excellent creative and analytical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, effectively plan and manage both personal and team workloads, and delegate tasks as needed.

5 days work week

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
