  • Monitor social media analytics (e.g., engagement, reach) and provide weekly updates to the founder on performance and insights.
  • Assist in planning and executing live events, pop-ups, or fashion showcases, including real-time social media coverage (weekends may be required).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community around the brand.
  • Support the founder in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and track progress toward measurable goals (e.g., follower growth, event turnout).
Requirements:
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Basic skills in social media tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Instagram Insights) and content creation (photo/video editing a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
  • Must be available to work in-office at [Singapore office location] alongside the founder—no remote work.
  • Ability to commit 20-30 hours/week, with flexibility to work weekends or evenings for live events as needed.
