
Project Sale QS cum Administrator
As a Quantity Surveyor (QS) cum Administrator, your primary duties will involve estimating costs, calculating material requirements, and developing project timelines. You will work closely with all teams to ensure the project stays on track. Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients to understand their requirements
- Conducting feasibility studies to assess proposed projects
- Calculating quantities and costs for materials, labor, and timeframes
- Preparing tender packages, contracts, and bills of quantities
- Managing risk, value engineering, and implementing cost control measures
- Analyzing repair/maintenance costs
- Negotiating contracts and schedules
- Overseeing and valuing subcontractors' work for payments
- Analyzing outcomes and providing budget and progress reports
- Advising on claims, disputes, and contractual issues
Skills and Qualifications:
- Key Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong mathematical, numerical, and data analysis skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building talents
- Creative and analytical thinking with problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with technology and surveying software

- Qualifications and Experience:
- Related diploma in the field (e.g., Mechanical or equivalent)
- 4-5 years of experience in structural installation processes or machinery setup
- Knowledge of welding processes and structural installation
- Risk assessment skills
- Additional Requirements:
- Own car (advantageous) with a transport allowance of $1,000/month
- If no car, a Class 3 driving license is required
- Must be healthy and not afraid of working at heights
- Site inspections as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Bonus: 2 months and above, subject to performance
- Incentives: Extra incentives for achieving targets with the construction team each quarter
- Additional Benefits: Transport allowance of $1,000/month if you have your own car
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (off every alternate Saturday)
