- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • At least 2 years of experience in product management or a related field. • Experienced with using agile development methodologies in delivering digital products. • Familiar with AI-driven technologies • Achieved success in defining, launching, and scaling products. • Interested in innovation and staying abreast with emerging AI technologies. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Strong leadership skills and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Team player who is comfortable with working collaborative across cross-functional teams. • Embraces a user-centric mindset with a passion to build great products. * All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
